	Profile Whether its referees, umpires, or officials in general we are the men and women that everyone loves to hate, or at least make fun of. No I was right the first time. Everyone hates officials. In my years as a ref (over a decade in every level of roller hockey) I've heard it all, and sometimes it's actually clever. What most fans, players and coaches don't realize is that refs have a great sense of humor; we are all fans and some of us are players as well. This site was designed to give myself, other officials and fans an outlet to laugh. After all, most of us do plenty of it after the tournaments are over and the jerseys come off.
